The Rebel Force traineeship lasts 12 months and offers an intensive development path that combines practical experience with coaching, training and challenging assignments. Participants are supported by experienced business coaches and work on personal and business growth.

Trainees discover their strengths and weaknesses and develop self-awareness, digital literacy and self-management. They gain a new perspective on sustainability and their role as future leaders.

Phase 2: Leadership in Connection
Trainees learn systemic thinking and strategic planning. They improve their flexibility and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Digital trends and data analysis are used to make informed decisions.

Phase 3: Critical Thinking and Dynamic Skills
Strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills. Trainees learn to apply mindfulness to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced business environment.

Phase 4: Sustainable Leadership
Trainees integrate ethical considerations into decision-making and develop cultural intelligence. They learn to apply AI tools and promote sustainable business practices.
